Aerial inspection

Roof Survey
A comprehensive roof survey often requires a manual inspection on the roof (and we can arrange them too), but if the access to the roof is impractical because of safety reasons or disproportionate cost, a drone in the hands of a skilled operator (*) can, at the very least, give a good initial assessment of the roof, and provide the client with enough information to decide on any further actions.
Even if there is relatively easy access to the roof a drone inspection can usually answer many of the client’s questions about the roof for a fraction of the cost and with no risk to the safety of the operatives.
Many roofs are impossible to traverse without surrounding them with full scaffolds, and in these situations a drone really comes into its own.
Drone inspections are perfect for routine maintenance inspections of roofs, particularly large estates such as schools, colleges and factories, where the drone imagery can quickly identify maintenance issues such as blocked gutters and outlets, displaced flashings and missing or broken slates & tiles.
