Inspection Summary

Gutters adjacent to glazed atrium required inspection due to leak issues, but there was no safe access to the glazed area of roof and the gutters. A drone inspection was requested to assess the condition of the gutters. The drone operation was difficult due to the narrow space between buildings, which also created a wind-tunnel effect.
