We are an aerial inspection and photography business focussing on the roofing and wider building industry.

Primarily using modern, technically advanced drones we obtain close-up imagery of roofs and structures for construction professionals, property managers and contractors, providing a service which is safe, efficient and economical.

Aerial Inspection
Drone inspections are perfect for routine maintenance inspections of roofs, particularly large estates such as schools, colleges and factories, where the drone imagery can quickly identify maintenance issues such as blocked gutters and outlets, displaced flashings and missing or broken slates & tiles.
We work with Building Surveying practices and professional consultancies in carrying out Schedules of Condition and Dilapidation Surveys, where the use of a drone is far more economical and effective than viewing the roof from a cherry picker.
Aerial Site Mapping
Photo-mosaic maps are composed of dozens or even hundreds of individual overhead photographs which are stitched together in specialist software. This results in ultra high-resolution photo-maps which can be viewed in fine detail on screen or printed to large sizes, in excess of normal poster size, while retaining fine photographic detail.

CAA Qualified and Insured
The Civil Aviation Authority only require drone pilots to carry a specific type of drone insurance – for aerial works. Seagull also maintain Public Liability insurance for all other ground-based risks as well as Professional Indemnity insurance.
